DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS. An additional $5 fee will be applied to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited and DHL Express. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. If you have any questions about your order contact the My Alamari team at support@myalamari.com.

SALES TAX

My Alamari has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products are eligible to ship outside the U.S.; we only ship to India at this time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

Delivery Timeframe and Fees

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping times vary based on destination.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. My Alamari may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS POLICY

All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. To return eligible items, you must request a return within 14 days of original shipment date, and return the item(s) within 21 days of original shipment date.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE

1. Send an email to support@myalamari.com to initiate a return with the order number, order details and the reason for return within 14 days of the original shipment date.

2. You will also receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print and $14.95 will be deducted when your item is processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.

RETURNS PROCESS TIMING

Once your return has been received a confirmation email will be sent. After your return is accepted by MyAlamari, please allow up to five (5) business days to complete the authorization process. Once your return is processed, refer to the chart below for refund timing.

NOTICE OF EXCESSIVE RETURNS

MyAlamari operates on a three strike policy for clients who exhibit high-risk return behavior. High-risk behavior is identified as:

  • Returning 30 or more items
  • Returning purchases greater than $10K
  • Overall return rate of 85%

Strikes are not assessed in instances of MyAlamari fault (example, an item was damaged or incorrectly listed).

If a strike is assessed, the client will be notified via email. The strike will automatically fall off the account after 12 months.

Clients who reach three strikes will be prohibited from making any returns, regardless of the reason, until the strikes fall off the account.
